Liver is Possibly The Best Thing You Can Ever Eat

I personally make it a point to eat some liver at least once a week. Not because it tastes so good (though it can), but because it’s just so darn good for you.

Yea, so liver kicks ass when it comes to nutrient density – but why is this important?

It’s important because of the Lean Tissue Quality Maintenance Theory of Obesity, which we covered in depth here. Basically, vitamin and mineral deficiencies can cause fat gain and appetite disregulation.

So eat your liver!
